There will be no exchanges, or returns on any purchases. All sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and If for any reason your wreath is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email: flowersfromthecellar@gmail.com (Photos will be required for damage claims)
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, Final Sale, items purchased with discounts/promo, custom orders.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
